Our truffles are rolled in pure chocolate, they are more delicate than dipped or molded truffles. Please keep your truffles in dry area at 73oF or cooler. Fine chocolate should never be left in a hot car!

To taste their true flavor, let the truffles sit at room temperature before serving. To insure freshness, Romanicos Truffles should be consumed within 2 weeks of purchase. Romanicos Truffles contain no preservatives and no artificial flavors.

Service at Romanicos begins from the moment you place your order. When you send a gift of Romanicos Handmade Truffles, you can be assured that it will arrive in perfect condition. And, when changes in climate or destination require extra care, our chocolates are packed appropriately. However, if for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

During warm weather months (May through October) we ship using insulated boxes and ice packs and we guarantee that your chocolates will arrive in pristine condition.

Since temperatures vary across the country we may elect not to ship any package over a weekend to guarantee its arrival in premium condition. Therefore, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries on any order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

• I'm  a very allergic person, is Romanicos Chocolate Truffles right for me?

• Romanicos Handmade Truffles are made in a facility that processes milk; hazelnut; coconut & almond.  Therefore, our truffles may contain traces of the above ingredients.

If your order is less than 50 boxes you can place it as short as 10 days in advance. For order of 50 boxes or more we need at least 3 weeks in advance.

When do you charge my credit card?

Which type of shipping service do you use?

We utilize the information we get from weather.com to determine which service to use. All orders being shipped to destinations with over 65 degrees in temperature will require an Express Delivery.  Please feel free to visit  www.weather.com to help you with your order(s).  Also during warm season (April to October), as a precautionary method, Romanicos Chocolate Truffles are packed w/ gel ice inside an insulated container.

Romanicos Chocolate Truffles uses the services of FEDEX.  Our Regular Delivery, from November to March, takes 2 business days from the time order is shipped.   During the warmer months, and/or, from April to October, our Express Delivery takes 1 business day from the time order is shipped.    Certain areas such as the southern states, Florida, etc., may require Express Delivery all-year long.  

Are Other Charges involved?

Yes, an additional $10 delivery charge(s) will apply if any part of the address is incorrect, missing or sent back to Romanicos Chocolate Truffles. Please make sure that the Ship To Address is accurate. Delivery to Alaska also requires an additional $10 Charge.

Yes, at Romanicos Chocolate, we do not sell/share any of the information you provide to our company.
