SHIPPING

We use FEDEX as our official carrier; Our shipping charges are currently FedEx fees based in weight and distance.

•REGULAR SHIPPING WILL TAKE 2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY. •ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 10:00 AM EST will be shipped same day, Monday to Wednesday Please be advised that orders placed THURSDAYS and FRIDAYS can only be shipped the following Monday with the 2nd day service, to avoid the chocolates overstaying on weekends at the FedEx warehouses at high temperatures. There are Saturday and Next Day delivery options but at higher rate that have to be arranged separately. •If product is not in stock, or it's a custom order you will be contacted to establish a new ship date. •Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address for your order. •We regret we cannot deliver on Saturdays any orders placed from our online store. Please call (305) 854-9936 if Saturday delivery is required. •At the moment we DON'T SHIP outside the USA


•Please make sure that the Ship To Address is accurate, we will not offer any refunds or replacements if chocolates are not accepted or deliverable to the recipient.
