Alejandra Bigai created Romanicos Chocolate over a decade ago with the idea of making people happier through fresh, handmade, gourmet chocolate as she experienced in the kitchen of her grandmother when she was just a little girl in Venezuela, a beautiful country where everyone loves good chocolate since they produce the best cocoa beans in the world. Twelve years later, she and her team still have the same essential goal, to recreate those authentic chocolate flavors.
We make chocolate the way it's meant to be: fresh and delicious with real flavors. We believe that our chocolate is a complete experience, beginning with opening the chocolate box and the chocolate scent impacts your senses, the artistic beauty fills your sight, and then taking that first bite and the chocolate melting in your mouth. We offer handcrafted confections in a beautiful presentation.
We want our chocolate to be authentic and delicious; therefore, we make our chocolate the way her grandmother made it, with only fresh and real ingredients. To make sure everything is perfect, we make our chocolates in small batches. In this approach, we can assure a blissful experience to all those who taste our delicious chocolate.
We believe that uncomplicated recipes made with fresh ingredients are the secret to happy customers. We believe natural is better so we use no artificial flavorings, chemicals in our products and of course neither corn syrup, nor HFCS are in our kitchen; the same way you cook at home.
