One adult to every four chocolatiers.
Parents welcome to sit in, or drop chocolatiers off for the day.
At the end of the week, they’ll leave with their very own original assortment of bonbons, chocolate bars, or cupcakes!
Young “chocolatiers” will learn everything they need to know to develop, design and make their own signature line of chocolates.
At this five-day camp, chocolatiers will have the chance to imagine their chocolate line, and learn everything they need to actually create delicious, handmade chocolates, including:
• Picking fresh, high-quality ingredients to use
• Designing your own packaging
• Running your very own production line
• Hands-on entrepreneurial experience, from start to finish!
In addition to running your very own chocolate factory, chocolatiers will also learn about food and nutrition and help plan and prepare group lunches, all in a cooperative and fun environment with plenty of adult help and encouragement… at the Romanicos’ chocolate kitchen!
Of course, it’s not only about the chocolate… chocolatiers will have plenty of opportunities to:
- Create. Be creative and let their imagination flow.
- Organize. Organize priorities and tasks, step-by-step.
- Cooperate. As part of a production line, chocolatiers will work together to make everyone’s chocolates.
- Make decisions. Make choices about their own product line.
- Build confidence. Bring an idea from imagination into reality, with plenty of guidance and encouragement from adults along the way.
- Share. Work independently and as a group to make your chocolates.
- Practice being an entrepreneur. Because they are creating their own line of bonbons, chocolate bars, or cupcakes, they are the head chocolatier and CEO!
